Over the past 12 years, Sarah has been channeling her HR passion to bring out the best in businesses across many different industries. She joined us at Granville West in 2020.

In 2008, after quitting an in-house HR job and spending 3 months backpacking through South America, Sarah found her “why” for getting into HR: She believes supporting people to become better workplace humans builds better companies and makes the world a better place.

Outside of work, Sarah can be found drawing, writing, organizing hockey subs or recording an episode of her podcast Don’t Be a Jerk at Work. She lives in East Van and while she tries hard not to be a jerk at work, sometimes her 9-year-old son thinks she’s a jerk at home.
